We offer only the freshest, high-quality black winter Truffle of the Périgord Noir variety (tuber melanasporum). Rich in complex deep aromas via Hazelnut and/or English Oak options.
Our produce is cultivated directly on our farm in Essington. Due to the nature of truffles being seasonal and limited, we give priority to our waitlist customers.

Your order for Perigord Black Truffle may be collected directly from our farm in Essington by appointment, or via direct express delivery to a location most convenient to you.

To ensure maximum freshness and storage time, our truffle are not vacuum sealed, rather carefully stored in a breathable satchel, cool cell and carefully padded for transport. This ensures your truffle is fresh and arrives safely to you.
